In Year 3, the children have been learning about rocks and fossils. They carried out their own investigation into igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks and discussed the properties of each type of rock. This half term in PE, Mrs Jennings’s class have been working hard on Netball, while Miss Alexander’s class have been getting handy with their hockey sticks! Although some of the lessons were rained off, all of the children have worked extremely well, and have shown excellent sportsmanship as well as
