This year we saw the return of the Gateshead School’s Dance Festival at The Sage in Gateshead; a showcase event providing the children an amazing opportunity to dance on such a famous stage. After several weeks of rehearsals, up to 7 times a week and endless support from parents and carers fetching
Our final set of photos from a memorable visit. The children have had an amazing time; they have challenged themselves, laughed together, supported each other and had fun. They are all returning tired, but full of stories and happy memories.

The final groups enjoyed buggy building and archery this afternoon. Then, in the evening we all enjoyed campfire games and being awarded our certificates.
Over the afternoon, the children have done an assault course and played archery tag. They have had great fun – competing against each other and also supporting their team mates.
The fun hasn’t stopped all day with four activities before a lovely tea. The children have used the zip wire and climbed in this group and have loved the challenges that both activities posed.
We are all really proud of the manner in which the children are approaching each activity.
Having a birthday awake makes it even more fun! All of the children have been incredible challenging themselves and supporting each other.
The children were up early having bacon, sausage, beans, toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit for breakfast to prepare for a busy day ahead. We have had great fun doing some of the challenging activities including high climb challenges and the zip wire.
