Harvest Celebration

We have had a great week learning all about Harvest and enjoying the story Oliver’s Vegetables. We went on autumn walks, collecting leaves and natural materials to make lovely autumn pictures. At snack time, we tasted a variety of fruits and vegetables, and even used some to create paintings. We voted for our favourite vegetables and created a pictogram. The highlight was making apple flapjacks where we peeled apples and weighed the ingredients ourselves.
