Come and Play the Forest School Way

Reception were busy in the Forest School this week identifying flowers and seeds. They did a really impressive job collecting dandy-lions, daisies, cherry blossom and beech nut husks, these were then used in the Creative Clay Area and Mud Kitchen. After all that running around they still had enough energy to test out the cargo net set up in the trees. Lots of climbing fun, they certainly earned their lunch.

The Nature Principle: Forest School takes place in a woodland or natural wooded environment to support the development of a relationship between the learner and the natural world.
