Parent/Carer Survey

The views of parents/carers are essential in evaluating our current work and shaping the way in which we develop our future practice at Harlow Green.  Consequently, we would appreciate it if you could complete the survey which has been provided to your child (or can be downloaded below) and return it to the office by Monday 3rd December.  If you have more than one child, it would be helpful if you could complete a separate survey for each.
