We are going number bond crazy in Year One.  We are trying to recall all of the number bonds to twenty as quickly as possible,  We have used part part whole models to help investigate the different combinations.

As part of our topic on “where we live”, we have been looking at houses around the world.  We read Handa’s Surprise and designed an African mud hut.
