A Wonderful Week in Reception!
We’ve had a fantastic week in Reception, celebrating our families and learning how every family is special in its own way. The children loved sharing stories about their families and exploring what makes each one different. We then made beautiful photo frames using a variety of art materials for our family pictures to go in.
Outdoors, we had lots of fun playing skittles, taking turns and counting how many we knocked over. We also went on a mini adventure around our environment to find different objects, which led to a brilliant discussion about how we could group and sort them. It was wonderful to see such curiosity and teamwork in action.
