During this weeks Forest School session the children were harvesting fruits and vegetables grown on site. We have had a very successful year with an abundance of tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries, apples, potatoes and sweet corn. Quite a feast. Soon we will start to clear down our poly tunnel and raised beds ready for some winter planting.

- Large sweet corn came up well, but the baby sweet corn didn’t take.

- Harvesting tomatoes, we grew 8 varieties.

- Our apple trees produced a big crop this year.

- Pointing out some fruits that should not be eaten.

- Some Rosemary to add some flavour.
