Outdoor Library Launched

This week, the school have launched an outdoor library, where children can come and choose a book to read and share during playtimes and lunchtimes. The children have wondered over the last few weeks why two new sheds were placed next tot he gazebo and this week the secret was revealed in assembly – the sheds had been filled with over 900 new books to create an outdoor library. There has been much excitement in the first few days as children have been eager to see what new titles there are. Over the next few weeks, outdoor beanbags and cushions will be added to make this a peaceful and comfortable place to relax and read a book.
