Outdoor fun Orienteering

This week, a group of children from Year 3 enjoyed the chance to go orienteering at Grace College.  We are always keen to support events nearby – as this means we can walk to them!

They had to complete a range of team challenges and solve problems using all sorts of different skills.  Our outdoor Forest School lessons certainly helped here!  From balancing nails and working out riddles to creating channels, the groups were great together and the sun shone and we loved being outdoors!  There was no specific competition for this, however they could earn points, and time penalties, to see how many points they could score as a group.
