Mark making and sketching.

In our Art block, we are learning about sketching and shading, mark marking and using lines and shapes within drawing. 

We will then look at linear effects in art, focusing on the artist John Brunsdon who used printing and linear effects to create landscapes.

It’s very relaxing and the children always enjoy this unit, listening to music and sketching and drawing using various mediums and equipment.
