After weeks of dedication to early morning training alongside practice in PE lessons, the Year 4 tennis team were well-prepared to take on the challenge of competition.
At Cardinal Hume, our team of 4 boys and 4 girls applied all their newly developed knowledge and skills with enthusiasm and determination. During the session, there were ups and downs, which required resilience and perseverance – both of which were displayed throughout.
Everyone played their part which led to a brilliant second-place finish with certificates and silver badges to reward everyone for their achievements. We are all very proud of the team that showed the best of what it means to be a Harlow Green pupil.
