Recycle Your Rubbish!

This week Nursery have been learning the importance of recycling.

We have been looking at a mini topic of the seaside and we watched a video that explained by 2050, the prediction is, there will be more waste in our oceans and seas than sea life! We were all so shocked by this and we decided to look into how we can recycle and reuse things in our everyday life. We gathered some objects from around our Nursery and focused on plastic waste. We sorted the items out into plastics and non plastics ready to be recycled in school. We all agreed we need to do more to make sure all of our sea animals are kept safe from harm.
