Race for Life

On Friday morning, Reception completed their 2 laps of the field for our Race for Life event in aid of Cancer Research UK. The children ran, walked, skipped and even danced their way around the field! They all tried incredibly hard and were delighted to find once they crossed the finish line they all received a medal for completing the event.  We are blown away with the generosity of parents, family members and friends of our Harlow Green Community for their kind donation towards this fantastic charity.

The link for our giving page is below for anyone who may still want to contribute to our page.

Sports Day

On Friday morning, the children also thoroughly enjoyed taking part in their sports day. They completed events of;

  • Sack Race
  • Egg and Spoon Race
  • Hurdles
  • Sprinting Race
  • Beanbag Balancing Race

We have thoroughly enjoyed keeping ourselves active and making sure our bodies (and minds) are healthy. Even our teachers had a race to finish our sports day morning!!! We all enjoyed coming inside out of the hot sunny weather to cool down with our ice lollies as a treat before lunch.

Please have a look through all of our photos from our sports week.
