    Dear Parent/Carer,

    On Friday 2nd July 2021, children in Year 5 will be going on a visit to Gibside, National Trust.

    We will be leaving school at 9.30 am and will return before home-time.

    Children are to wear their school outdoor P.E Kit.

    Each child will need to bring a packed lunch, with a drink (no glass bottles please).

    *If your child is entitled to free school meals and you wish for a school packed lunch to be provided then please tick the box on the permission slip below. If the box is not ticked, then you will be responsible for providing your child/children with their packed lunch.

    We would be grateful for a voluntary contribution of £4.00 towards the cost of the visit. Payment can be paid via ParentPay. If you require your log in details, please contact our school office who will be able to issue them.

    Please complete and return the permission slip below so that your son/daughter may take part in the visit.
