Red, White and Blue to support the England Football.

Dear Parent/Carer,

On Wednesday 23rd June 2021, children in Year 6 will be going on a visit to Newburn Activity Centre, Newcastle.

We will be leaving school at 8.15 am prompt as activities are due to start at 9.00 am. The last activity of the day will end at 4.00pm, therefore, we aim to return to school for approximately 4.30 pm traffic dependent.

Children are to wear their school outdoor P.E Kit.

Each child will need to bring a packed lunch, with a drink (no glass bottles please).

*If your child is entitled to free school meals and you wish for a school packed lunch to be provided then please tick the box on the permission slip below. If the box is not ticked, then you will be responsible for providing your child/children with their packed lunch.

The cost of the visit will be subsidised by school, therefore a voluntary contribution of £10.00 would be greatly appreciated.

We will be leaving school at 9.30 am and will return before home-time.

Children are to wear their school outdoor P.E Kit.

Each child will need to bring a packed lunch, with a drink (no glass bottles please).
