16	17	18 Cross Country – Watergate Forest Park Cross Country – Watergate Forest Park 12:30 PM-3:45 PM 18 Sep 2019 4th September, 2019 Dear Parent/Carer, Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Cross Country event. The event will be held on Wednesday 18th September, 2019 at Watergate Forest Park. Your child will need to take a PE Kit and a water bottle. (No glass bottles please). We will be leaving school at 12.30 p.m. to travel to Watergate Forest Park by coach. The tournament is due to finish at approximately 3.30 p.m. when we will be travelling back to school. We hope to arrive at Harlow Green for approximately 3.45 p.m. depending on traffic. We are very proud of how the children have settled into Nursery and Reception. On Thursday 26th September 2019 we are inviting you to attend our ‘Early Years Information Sharing Meeting’ at 9.00am – 10.00am or 4.30pm – 5.30pm. You only need to attend one meeting. At our meeting we will discuss how we teach Reading, Writing and Maths in Early Years. The meeting will also focus on how you can support your child’s learning at home in these particular areas. The meeting will also cover ‘Tapestry’, which is our online learning journal that we use to track your child’s learning journey throughout their time in Early Years. The Tournament will take place at Glynwood Primary School on Thursday 26th September, 2019. Your child will need their P.E. Kit, trainers, shin pads, and a water bottle (no glass bottles please). Children are also allowed to bring a small snack with them. We will be leaving school at approximately 3.40 p.m. to go to Glynwood Primary by coach. Tournament is due to finish at approximately 4.45 p.m. Spectators are welcome. ALL children MUST be collected from Glynwood Primary.
