Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Sports Hall Athletics event. The event will take place at Grace College on Wednesday 13th November, 2019.

Children will be leaving after lunch and will return before home time.

Your child will need to take a PE Kit and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Please sign and return the consent form below, as, unfortunately, we are unable to allow any pupil to participate in this visit without written consent.

Your Child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Netball Tournament. The tournament will take place at Gateshead Leisure Centre on Wednesday 13th November, 2019.

Children will be leaving school after lunch and will travel by coach. The tournament is due to finish at 3.30 p.m. when we will return to school. We hope to arrive back to school for approximately 3.45 p.m. depending on traffic.

Your child will need to take a PE Kit and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are very excited that our Choir will be performing at this years Remembrance Concert at Grace College which is a special Tea Concert based around the 1940’s.

The concert will be held on Wednesday 13th November from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm.

Tickets are free but due to the size of the hall allocation will be only one ticket per child. Please tick box on reply slip if you would like your allocated ticket.

We will be leaving school after lunch to go to Grace College by coach. All children must be collected from Grace College.

The children will be performing alongside other schools from the local area.  This is an exciting opportunity for the children and a rare chance to be part of a large performance. Thank you for your ongoing support, we are very proud of your children and are very much looking forward to showing off how beautifully they sing at the concert.

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The tournament will take place on Thursday 14th November, 2019 at Gateshead Leisure Centre.

 Your child will need to take a PE Kit and a water bottle.  (No glass bottles please). Children are also allowed to bring a small snack with them.

The tournament is due to start at 4.00 p.m. and finish at 5.00 p.m. School will be providing transport there, but all children MUST be collected from Gateshead Leisure Centre. (Please tick box on consent form).

Year 5 Parents Session

This half term, we would like to invite Year 5 parents/carers into school to find out about some of the approaches used to teaching maths and reading in school.

This session will take place on Tuesday 19th November, 2019 from 9.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.

Mrs Jennings and Miss Alexander will lead the session and you will have the opportunity to speak with both teachers and ask any questions you may have.

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at UNICEF’s 30th Anniversary of Children’s Rights at the Baltic Gateshead. The event will take place on Wednesday 20th November, 2019.

 We will be leaving school after registration and will return before home-time.
