Dear Parent/Carer,

Your Child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at Change 4 Life. The event will take place at Gateshead Leisure Centre Thursday 3rd October, 2019.

Children will be leaving after registration and will return before lunch-time.

Your child will need to take a PE Kit and water bottle. (No glass bottles please).

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to represent Harlow Green Primary School at a Football Tournament. The Tournament will take place at Glynwood Primary School on Thursday 3rd October, 2019.

Your child will need their P.E. Kit, trainers, shin pads, and a water bottle (no glass bottles please). Children are also allowed to bring a small snack with them.

We will be leaving school at approximately 3.40 p.m. to go to Glynwood Primary by coach. Tournament is due to finish at approximately 4.30 p.m. Spectators are welcome.

ALL children MUST be collected from Glynwood Primary.

Children will be leaving school at 3.30 p.m. return at approximately 6.00 p.m. (depending on traffic) as the tournament is due to finish at 5.30 p.m.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Open Evenings – Reception to Year 6

Open Evenings will take place on Monday 7th October and Tuesday 8th October, 2019 from 3.30pm to 6.00pm when you will have the opportunity to meet your child’s class teacher, discuss progress and share relevant information.

Ten minute time slots will be allocated on a ‘first come first served basis’. Therefore, we would recommend that you complete the attached slip, indicating your first and second choice of appointment, and return it to the class teacher as soon as possible. They will then confirm an appointment that is mutually convenient.

A selection of your child’s books will be available for you to look at before your meeting with the class teacher, if you would like to come along earlier to look at these, then please do so.

Your child has been chosen to attend an educational visit to Nissan, as part of STEM week. The visit will take place on Thursday 17th October,2019. This is a great opportunity for the pupils to experience the world of manufacturing through an interactive workshop.

 We will be leaving school after registration and will return to school in time for the end of the school day.

*If your child is entitled to free school meals and you wish for a school packed lunch to be provided then please tick the box on the permission box below. If the box is not ticked, then you will be responsible for providing your child/children with their packed lunch.

Children will be leaving school after lunch and will travel by coach. The tournament is due to finish at 3.00 p.m. when we will return to school. We hope to arrive back to school for 3.30 p.m. depending on traffic.
