Dear Parent/Carer,

Tickets for the Gymnastic and Cheerleading Festival are now available to buy from Harlow Green Primary School. Our performance is at Gateshead Leisure Centre on Tuesday 4th December, 2018; at 5.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m.

Parents/Carers must be take children to and from the leisure centre.

The cost of the tickets are £3.50 for adults, £2.50 for under 19’s, over 65’s and unwaged. However, children under the age of 3 are allowed to sit on an adult’s knee therefore will not require a ticket.

Due to the popularity and large scale of the festival, tickets are limited to 2 per child.

However, we have requested extra tickets but will not know the quantity available until nearer the time of the festival. Seats are allocated individually and spectators are asked to sit in their correct seats to avoid any unnecessary disruption to others.

Dear Parent/Carer,

Your child has been chosen to attend Hoops for Health Basketball Coaching at Joseph Swan Academy on Tuesday 11th December, 2018.

 Children will be leaving school after lunch and will return for home time.

 Children will need their P.E. Kit and water bottle. (No glass bottles please.)

Dear Parent/Carer,

This Christmas, it has been organised for children in Year 1 to 6 to attend a Pantomime. The production of ‘Aladdin’ will take place on Thursday 20th December, 2018 at Gateshead Stadium.

Children will be leaving school just after 9.00 a.m. once registered. The Pantomime is due to finish at approximately 12.20 p.m. and, therefore, lunch will be slightly later than normal.

We would be most grateful for a voluntary contribution of £10.00 towards the cost of the visit. School will cover the cost of each child having an ice cream during the interval.

Payment can also be made on our Parent Pay website.
