Time on our hands!

This week, year 4 have been revisiting analogue and digital time, and they have enjoyed lots of practical activities. They reviewed what they already knew about the difference between analogue and digital clocks, before practicing reading and showing times on individual clocks. Then, they used flipcharts to convert between analogue and digital time. The children also enjoyed playing dominoes and matching cards to convert written, analogue and digital times. Year 4 will move onto understanding 24 hour time and using timetables, which is an important life skill for them to learn.
