Class 2A Art Club

The children in class 2A have enjoyed coming to Art Club on a Tuesday after school.  They talked about what they have been learning in History based on Kings and Queens.  Firstly, they created portraits of Henry VIII using pencils, crayons, felt pens and collage materials.  They followed this by thinking about images they could use to represent Queen Elizabeth II, such as crowns, corgis, London landmarks and her famous hats.  They drew, cut and stuck these images on an outline of the queen.  The children have had fun drawing and then creating Valentine messages for their families. Well done everyone.
