The children have enjoyed looking at examples of clay pots, masks used in theatre and also ornaments. We were even lucky enough to hold some original ancient pottery during our visit from Durham University! Throughout our lessons, we have been looking at the coiling technique and on Wednesday the children attempted to make their very own pots using this method. Despite this being quite a tricky technique to grasp, all of the children fully immersed themselves and the results have been brilliant!
