Celebrating Passover

In Year 6, the children have been learning about the Passover Festival. They have enjoyed learning about Moses and the plagues that were sent upon Egypt, resulting in the final plague where death of the first born son passed over the doors of the Jewish households, which were marked by lambs blood. During the week, they have considered how this event is remembered and celebrated during the Seder meal and the significance of each of the foods upon the plate.
