Red Nose Day 2021

Dress Down Day

This year for Red Nose Day we celebrated by ‘Sharing a Smile’. The children came in their red clothing and accessories to raise money for the 2021 appeal show on Friday 19th March. We took part in a PSHE session to talk about the meaning behind Comic Relief and how our fundraising efforts can help support those in need. As a school we completed nose and spoon races, joke telling sessions, cake baking, design a red nose, completing obstacle courses and overall having FUN!! The children all enjoyed taking part in ‘share a smile’ and dressing up to fundraise as much as possible.

Our totalizer is still being calculated so watch out for the update on our fundraising total over the next few days. Thank you in advance for all your donations and participation in the event – together we can  change the world with the power of funny!

Family Bake Off Challenge

Next week, the family bake off challenge will be judged by the Rights Respecting Officers across school. We are blown away by the outstanding efforts by lots of our families and the showstopper creations you have all been making across the week. Watch out for our three winners who will be announced next week. Good Luck to everyone who entered!
