Ho! Ho! Ho!

The children were so excited this week, to assemble their pop-up  Santa in Design and Technology.  Firstly, everyone looked at their designs from last week and decided if they could improve them in any way.  Next the boys and girls carefully coloured in a chimney and Santa template.  They were so careful not to go out of the lines.  After they cut around their pictures and then carefully attached a slider, with masking tape,  to the back of Santa.  Some children even adorned their chimney with some fluffy snow.  Last of all we played with our new moveable toy to check that it worked properly.  Everyone loved making their Santa pop-up and some even added some festive sound effects.  Ho! Ho! Ho!
