Stone Age Senses

After reading The Stone Age Boy, Year 3 have been putting themselves in the character’s shoes and imagining what it would be like in the stone age camp. Today, the boys and girls used their senses to describe what they could see, hear, feel and smell. They generated their own adventurous vocabulary and ranked their words to create their own word mats. These will be used to support their descriptive writing.
