This morning, Year 3 and Year 4 were visited by the fantastic Nick, the chef! He showed us the importance of a balanced diet and healthy eating (and eating sugary/fatty foods in moderation!). We learnt how small swaps can help us lead a healthier life, and by drinking more water we will only feel hungry when we want food (instead of when we might need a drink).
The children helped Nick to make a delicious Chilli -helping to cut up lots of tasty vegetables, which were cooked infront of our eyes! Some lucky few children got to try the delicious dish!
