Our annual choir visit to St Ninians church was a resounding success. The children were fantastic and brought plenty of joy and energy. This year they introduced some new songs which included more duets and solos. It was very impressive to see the confidence of the children to sing in front a large audience. The church welcomed their congregation, our parents and our friends at Angel Court and Craigielea Care Homes who all had a lovely time and joined in with the songs and the actions. Afterwards we enjoyed tea and biscuits in the Community Room. It was a beautiful afternoon with the children’s voices filling the church.
There was no rest for the choir however as two days later they performed at Angel Court. Before the choir began the children who have been attending the Sports England inter-generational project, to get people moving, performed some of the skills that they have learnt using hoops and juggling balls. Then it was over to the choir who brought some Christmas cheer.
