Year 6 Roles and Responsibilities

At the start of the year, the Year 6 children were given the opportunity to apply for some ‘jobs’ in school. They had to write letters of application and then were interviewed for the job that they had applied for. As I’m sure you can imagine, it was a fairly daunting experience for some of the children and they did extremely well to talk about their suitability for the role and their ideas for what they could do to help in school. The children have now been appointed to their roles and over the next few weeks will begin to carry out some of their responsibilities. Look out for future posts explaining what they have done.
