Wellbeing week has been so much fun! This week we have loved seeing all of the different things each of you have been taking part in during Wellbeing Week! The week was designed to allow the children, parents and carers some time away from screens, encourage a range of different and varied activities and to focus on the five pillars of wellbeing from the NHS website:
- Taking Notice/Mindfulness
- Giving to others
- Keep Learning New Skills
- Being active and healthy
- Connecting to Others
Thank you to everyone who has sent in wonderful pictures of your wellbeing activities. We’ve had pictures of so many different activities, including baking, pampering, painting, dancing, exercising and having lots of fun in the snow! It’s been fantastic to see and hear about what a lovely week you have had. It looks like everyone has enjoyed the more mindful curriculum.
There will be no teams meet next week as it is half term, but we’re looking forward to seeing all of your smiling faces on screen again on Wednesday 24th February!
Stay safe, and have a lovely half term!
