Advent Windows: A community Celebration

This week, our school was filled with festive creativity as we welcomed Reverend Danie and Reverend Elaine from St Ninian’s Church to lead some Advent window workshops. It was a fantastic, hands-on experience for our students and their families! Together, they crafted beautiful Advent windows using tissue paper and black card, bringing to life designs like stockings, Christmas trees, churches, and the story of Mary and Joseph.

Now their artwork is ready to light up the community! A special Advent window trail will be created, inviting everyone to take a stroll through the area and spot all the wonderful windows.

Join on the 24th December for a fun, festive walk, beginning at school and ending at St Ninian’s Church for a small service to celebrate the season. It’s a perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit with our local community!
