Dynamics in Music

In music, Year 2 have been listening to different genres of music and have been identifying the dynamics of each song. The children have been listening for loud and quiet sounds and have been responding with movement. The children had to be as tall as the loud sounds and as small as the quiet sounds when listening to a piece of classical music. Next week we will explore the difference between dynamics and pitch.
