Digital Portraits

This week Year One had their very first computing lesson. 

They were so excited to use the iPads independently.  Firstly, they learnt about different tools such as the paintbrush and how they could use a thick or a thin brush.  Also, the pupils had ago at changing the colour of the paint and were introduced to the undo/eraser button so that they could fix any mistakes.  The task was to use the paint programme to draw a self-portrait.  The children had so much fun and can’t wait for the next computing lesson!
