What a fantastic day we had for our annual Sports Day!
With the sun shining brightly and temperatures climbing, children from Years 1 to 6 showed incredible energy, enthusiasm and team spirit throughout their events. All pupils took part in a wide variety of activities and races, from sprints to skipping and sack races to space hoppers and it was wonderful to see everyone giving their best, supporting one another, and celebrating each other’s achievements.
A huge thank you to all the parents and carers who came along to cheer from the side lines – your encouragement and enthusiasm made the events even more special for the children.
Over the day, pupils earned individual sticker awards for their race positions, alongside points for their teams. These scores will be combined across all year groups to find out the overall winning team which we will announce this week. Well done to everyone involved – you made us all very proud!
