This afternoon, the Harlow Green choir visited the Glasshouse to perform in the 2025 Big Sing.
Before the show started, scientists from the Centre for Life performed some cool experiments to warm up the audience. Then, the show began with Sharon Durant and the Big Sing band taking to the stage. After a very fun warm up which involved wiggling our bodies and jumping up and down, the countdown began to introduce this year’s theme of Space. There were songs about the planets, the solar system and spacemen. The choir favourite was undoubtedly ‘Rockstar’ which opened and closed the show and got us all up on our feet. The children had a fantastic time singing along to all of the songs and by the end they were all dancing in the aisles – it was like a real-life rock concert! Well done choir!
