This week, Year 6 enjoyed their final Christmas party at Harlow Green and we know it was probably an emotional one for the parents as they sent them in dressed in their party clothes.
It was lovely to see the excitement as the children arrived at school ready for a final Christmas Party. In the morning, they did Christmas activities, sang songs and generally got in the festive spirit ready for the afternoon.
During the party the children enjoyed traditional games including corners and pass the parcel – and there was time for a bit of Just Dance too!. The children thoroughly enjoyed themselves and it was a lovely atmosphere as they danced, laughed and had fun without a phone in sight. Sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of life, it is easy to forget that they are still just 10 and 11 years old.
