All of the children are settling brilliantly into the rules and routines of our classroom. We have enjoyed getting to know one another, as well as the adults who help us in Nursery. This week, we read All About Nursery, a story about starting Nursery and the things we need to help us feel happy and confident in our new environment. The children have enjoyed sitting together for snack time and taking part in Dough Disco activities. They have also loved making their own choices in the classroom and exploring all areas of our learning environment.

The children have had a wonderful time playing and exploring in our newly refurbished outdoor area, where they have been busy discovering new activities and developing their confidence and independence. We have also started our PE sessions. The children have been learning how to walk sensibly and safely to the hall, find their own personal space, and listen carefully to instructions from the adults.
