Autumn Adventures

Although the learning focus in this terms Forest School sessions is tree identification there is always time to explore, create and play. It has been a time of abundance on our site with plenty of Autumn fruit to enjoy including on of our new pear trees that has born fruit already. 

Foraging Autumn's produce has given plenty of inspiration especially in the clay area. Our new composting system has been finished and the gardening club added some paving to make access easier. Last year we had snow early in November so lets see what next term brings to our Forest School adventures.

The Nature Principle : Forest School takes place in a woodland or natural wooded environment to support the development of a relationship between the learner and the natural world.
