A huge thank you to everyone who supported the Speedmark challenge which took place recently.  The children had a fantastic time and sponsorship money raised totalled £3,631.50.  As we receive 50% of the total raised this means a whopping £1,815.75 has been raised towards our school funds.  The orders have been placed and the prizes will be given out as soon as we receive them from Speedmark.  Thank you again for your generosity and support.

Some of our children recently signed up for and took part in fencing lessons after school.  The children took part in one hour coaching sessions, for five weeks, through Premier Sport.  They were taught many skills and last night saw the children put on a fencing display for their parents.  The children thoroughly enjoyed this, as did the many parents/carers who attended.  Angela, their coach, commented what a pleasure it had been to teach the group and how she looked forward to coming back to Harlow Green Community Primary School in the future.  Look out for details of a dodgeball club coming soon.  Well done to everyone who took part in the fencing club!
